| Can I combine the colors? | ||||
You may combine the colors within the style group. You may choose any combination of colors within the i-NE00 style at no extra charge! You can also combine any combination of colors within the i-FC00 style with no additional charges. However, we cannot combine the i-NE00 styles with the i-FC00 style within the same order. These sunglasses ship from different locations, that's why!

| How do I send the art? | ||||
Art should be in EPS file format. We can accept Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw files -- we need vector art program from any graphic program. Sometimes we can use high quality jpg files. So if that's the best you have, send it along. We'll try. After payment, you'll email it to us as an attachment. |

Yes -- if UPS takes it there, we'll ship there. Just use the Get A Quote button to see shipping charges for every location. |

| How many characters can I use? | ||||
We don't measure by letters or characters. You tell us what you want to print, we'll figure it out and give you advice. Imprintable area is approximately 2" along the side. Height is a little over 1/2 inch.

| Do you have these glasses plain? | ||||
You may order either style (i-NE00 or i-FC00) without an imprint. However, the minimum quantity still applies. That is, for the i-NE00 series, you must order a minimum of 72 pair, any color combination. For the i-FC00 style, the minimum order of 100 pair is in effect, any color combination is OK. The price is the same as a one-side imprint. If you order either of these sunglasses with no imprint, we will ship them out within two business days of receiving your order. Just use the Get A Quote button, and in the Special box, enter the phrase "No Imprint". These are absolute policies; we are unable to make exceptions to our minimum requirements.

| Do you take Purchase Orders? |
We take purchase orders from schools for orders over $200 in value. Purchase orders must be signed by the school's financial officer(s) and be issued using all official documentation. If you would like to start the purchase order process, email us first and we'll send you our company's particulars.

| Are there Setup or other Fees? |
No. With us, it's just the product price plus shipping. That's it. Enter the quantity you need in the correct style type box, then click the Get A Quote button to see our exact charges immediately!

| Do you ship outside the USA? |
Yes, if UPS goes there, we ship there. Use the Get A Quote button to get the product quote and shipping to your country.

| Do you take checks? |
Yes, we do. You may use a check to pay right online! You don't have to snail-mail it to us. Use the Get A Quote button to start your order. During checkout, when asked whether you want to pay by credit card or bank account, choose '"bank account" and just follow the super easy instructions. Important Note about Checks: Production time is increased by five (5) business days when paying by check. Rush Jobs cannot be paid by check.
