| How long will this take? |
Generally we need 5-7 days to complete your sunglasses. As soon as your sunglasses are ready we ship them out via UPS.
In a rush? If you tell us the date on which you need the glasses, we'll let you know if we can make your deadline. If we need to bump your job up a day or two, we'll do our best.
In a bigger rush? Sometimes we can help and sometimes we can't. If we can super rush your job, there will be super rush charges of $40 added to the price.
How do you do this? Use our 'Get A Quote' button to make sure you like our prices, then email us from the Quote pages and tell us your quantity and deadline date. |

| Can I combine the neon colors? |
Yes, you may select any neon arm color combination we offer at no extra charge -- we're happy to do it!
Available colors are: blue, green, lavender, orange, yellow, red and hot pink. |

| Who picks the font style? |
You do of course!

| How do I send the art? |
Art should be in EPS file format.
We can accept Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw files -- we need vector art program from any graphic program.
Sometimes we can use high quality jpg files. So if that's the best you have, send it along. We'll try.
After payment, you'll email it to us as an attachment. |

Yes -- if UPS takes it there, we'll ship there.

| How many characters can I use? |
Imprintable area is approximately 2" along the side. Height is a little over 1/2 inch. We don't measure by letters or characters.

| Do you have these glasses plain? |
Yes and No.
Yes, we do have plain versions -- they look the same in pictures, but they are "standard party quality style sunglasses".
That means they are a lower quality than the sunglasses that we offer for imprinting. There are fewer arm colors for the party quality styles and there are no optional color choices.
The standard party quality style sunglasses are sold by the dozen. There is a minimum of just one dozen.
