We do our best to get your packages to you quickly but we are
not able to do rush shipping.
During checkout, you will choose either USPS or UPS. USPS is the US Postal Service and UPS is United Parcel Service, a private worldwide package delivery service.
As a general rule, we will ship your products out within two business
days of receiving your order placed online. Orders placed by
telephone will take longer to ship.
We ship from New York City. You will receive two emails with
your order: the first is your receipt immediately after you make
the purchase, the second email will arrive on the day we ship. If you choose UPS, the second email will contain a tracking number.
We
do not share your email nor will we use it again for any other purpose.
About Refunds . . .
We will accept returned
products within 14 days of the initial sale provided they are returned
to us in perfect condition. We provide a refund for the cost of
the product less an 8% restocking charge. We do not refund shipping
costs.
