Sex and the City Movie - New York City - June 2008 -You can't go see Sex and The City Movie without toasting with the cocktail of choice for Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha. The Cosmo! Some hotels, lounges, bars and nightclubs have created their own cosmopolitan recipes in honor of each of the four women who are the stars of the popular series: Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte.The Carrie is the classic cosmo, The Charlotte is sweeter, The Miranda is a bit messed up and The Samantha, in honor of the wild woman, is made with tequila. Here is the recipe for The Carrie: 3 oz Stoli vodka, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz cranberry juice, .5 oz lime juice. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice.
