Graduation Mortarboard Fun! 40 Graduation Caps all for Fun!

As best as we can tell, this girl created a scrapbook of her college years on her head! We can't make out all of the items, but at the very top appears to be a photograph of her freinds. Somewhere below it is a small blue plastic charm that resembles a home wall phone. The particularly clever addition of the black beaded trim is what makes this decorated mortarboard a winner in our book!
