Yes, you have had a little bottle of Elmer's Glue handy ever since you were in Kindergarten. To help decorate your graduation cap , good old Elmer's is still your friend!
The green bottle of glue to the right is Gem Tac. It is the best white glue to use if you're going to attach jewelry or decorate with rhinestones. It's easy to find craft supplies online. Bottle is about $6.00
