Creative Nursing School Graduate Creates Elaborate Costume!

This nursing school graduating student did a stupendous job of creating a completely unique graduation cap! Tapping into the old school symbols of the nursing profession, the stiff arching white cap and the red cross, she has designed the end all be all of all nursing graduation caps. The white flower lei around her neck tells you this lovely woman is a graduate of one of Hawaii's finer nursing colleges.

Colorful pipe cleaners can be a lot of fun to use in creative ways. Search for 'Chenille Stems'.

Masking tape is shown in many colors. This may be a little harder to find than Elmer's Glue and masking tape, but it's worth it!

One of the most basic craft tools to use for decorating is good old colored paper. You may pick up 'construction paper' cheaply and easily in stationary supply stores anywhere. If you don't have a pair of simple scissors, you can just tear off bits of paper to create a unique design for your cap.
