Acrylic Cabuchons are a great way to create elaborate cap designs!

What do we have here?

A patriotic American college graduate! This sweet woman took the time to lay out an abstract American flag design on the top flat portion of her graduation cap.

You see the layout of the stars and the stripes in gemstones that are called cabuchons.

Cabuchons are a little tough to find in any craft store, but if you are indeed lucky to have an advanced level beading shop near you, the cabuchons will hit the jackpot of cap design.

Here are some cool crafty tools to look for!

Masking tape is shown in many colors. This may be a little harder to find than Elmer's Glue and masking tape, but it's worth it! The colors of the colorful masking tape are quite brilliant and so easy to use for your Do-It-Yourself art!
