The girls are obviously having a good time here. The significance of this particular decorated graduation cap is a little hard for us to figure out. We see the maple leaf on the red flag in the background, so that tells us this is probably a Canadian college student. The tall red item on the stick coming out of the middle of the scene is probably some sort of flower, probably a tulip. Looking more closely, we now see a little statue of a princess wearing a yellow dress. Match that to the golden princess tiara she has placed on the head portion of the
mortarboard
. OK, now it's starting to clear up and come into focus. Before, we thought the tall cone on the cap was a rocket, like the USA's shuttle from NASA. |

| Masking tape is shown in many colors. This may be a little harder to find than Elmer's Glue and masking tape, but it's worth it! |
