Three is a company callled Hybrid Limo Express which will take visitors to or from LaGuardia Airport for around $50. This is a private car service, which is not governed by the same rate rules that the NYC Taxi Cab fleet is governed by.

Typical rates are $63 for JFK to Manhattan. Within Manhattan, there is a different rate schedule for neighborhoods such as the Meatpacking District and the lower east side. Rates are more of less comparable for the hybrid vehicles as for the traditional limousine.
