Every company has its own personality. In some cases, the personality of the company is difficult to distinguish, it is blurry. In that example, the wishy washy or nondescript persona is exactly what the company was conspiring to achieve.
Other companies are the complete opposite and take on the big booming personality of a key owner or founder. This is especially true for entrepreneurial companies who credit their earliest beginnings due the sheer will of a dynamic founder or creator.
Founder Jim Jarred is a hungry, passionate man. He started the company by selling parts for motorcycles out of the trunk of his car in the 1970s. Riffing within the moto-industry, he began to design performance goggles for motocross riders.
