Marlon and Kimmie were the happiest couple in Indianapolis, Indiana when they made the big decision to marry last February. Word of their commitment blazed through Instagram, Facebook and family text message chains.
With the idea in mind that they were to have one marriage for the rest of their lives, and that it was to be taken with the utmost sincerity and realism, this young couple approached many of their older friends and relatives very carefully and with discretion, asked for advice on how to achieve a long and happy marriage together.
Thus the wedding planning commenced. First, the wedding magazines. The websites, sign them up. Lots to read. A lot of choices, so many decisions. The initial stages of planning a wedding are pretty straightforward. Marlon and Kimmie talked to a lot of family and friends about how to create the perfect wedding, they bought magazines off the rack, the bridal magazines are so beautiful and filled with so much information. They thought they would be able to proceed simply, but as the weeks went by,it became clear that planning a wedding and decided on a honeymoon where a little trickier than they imagined.
For a while they considereed just running away and getting married by a Justice of the Peace in a small Colorado town. But then they came to their senses. Within good time, Marlon and Kimmie put pen to paper and settled on some good wedding plans. Details remained including:
Over dinner at a sweet Italian restaurant around the corner from their home, her nephew's girlfriend asked a casual question. The question was simple, it was innocuous, it was part of the entire scope of the evening. With their wedding coming up in just four weeks, Marlon and Kimmie we're very relaxed over the upcoming wedding. The honeymoon was well in place, the classical musicians were top shelf and very reliable. The banquet hall in which the reception would be held was in constant Touch by email, there was nothing to worry about. Until that simple little question from the nephew's girlfriend. What about your wedding favors?, she asked sweetly. You could have heard a pin drop at the table. In total silence out of shock, Marlon and Kimmie realized they had overlooked to complete category of wedding planning. The nephew's girlfriend was there again to make the rescue. She told them about the popularity of wedding sunglasses. They were so cheap, she explained, everybody loves them over traditional wedding favors. She recommended a company in New York that she had worked with and bingo the problem was solved. Marlon and Kimmie placed an order on our website for the graduated lens color sunglasses, they explained on our order form how they would like their names and the wedding date laid out. Our artists went to work. We received a quick approval to go ahead with this order of wedding sunglasses and 10 days later the package was in their hands.
