Our products ship from different locations throughout the USA. Each product's origination point is listed on its product page. It is helpful to assist in judging delivery dates for your order.

Shipping outside the USA: We do ship outside the USA. Customers choose either UPS or the International Priority Mail Service provided by each country's local postal services. In either case, our shipping charges do not include border tax, import fees, VAT or any associated border collection fee. Our packages include a Shipping Invoice as part of its labeling, the amounts charged are based on that Invoice. We do not control these fees in any way.

Shipping times outside the USA: UPS is the fastest way to ship products and can also be the most expensive. The International Priority Mail Service is less expensive and is often slower delivery. Delivery to London can be anywhere from five to 10 days after we ship the package using the International Priority Mail Service.

We are happy to accept POs from schools and vetted enterprises within the USA. Our minimum order value for Purchase Orders is $200.00. We have expertise in working with all levels of schools, elementary, high schools, college and universities. Use the envelope icon to send us an email. We now offer customized promotional products that include golf accessories and tournament goodies, golf shirts, baseball caps, sport visors, cups, tumblers, mugs, thermos bottles, plastic bottles, bike bottles, stainless steel bottles and novelty drinkware.

Our prices are the best in the business, our customer service is fully committed to providing each customer with five-star quality attention.

All embroidery, imprinting and engraving occurs inside the USA. Our products are the highest quality in the promotional products industry. If your item is to be customized using ink, the ink is formulated to be a permanent ink to last for many years. We apply permanent ink by the silk screen method. Embroidered items can be designed using anywhere from one to nine different color threads. Laser engraving for personalization is offered on some of our items.

Easy online ordering: Place your order online or by telephone Monday - Friday 9 am through 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our Customer Service office is located in New York. You will receive an immediate receipt by email for the transaction.

Our Art Department will lay out the art requested for your product. Customers receive a proof to review within one business day. Customers must review the proof and all order details and respond by email with either approval or a request for adjustments. We will make as many adjustments as the customer requests and sends final approval. Once approved, the product enters the production line. The customer is sent an Approval email that includes an estimated date of arrival.

The customer receives a tracking number by email when the package is on its way.

We are happy to hear of your need for bulk promotional products. Whether imprinted or blank, we can assist you with the lowest prices possible. If your project has the luxury of a 120-day lead time, we can source your sunglasses right from the factory in China. If you have a shorter lead time, we can often find what you need in our warehouses. Send us a quick email with your request and deadline date or call Eastern Standard Time.
Products without an imprint are accepted if we are notified within 14 days of their arrival to the customer. Products returned will be assigned an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Products must be returned in re-sellable condition. Returned products will be refunded subject to an 8% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the products arrive in damaged condition, please describe the damage and send us images of the damaged products. Our Customer Service Department will review and make arrangements with the customer to replace or return the products on a case-by-case basis.

Imprinted products are not returnable except in the case of imprint or product error.
