Shipping outside the USA: We do ship outside the USA. Customers choose either UPS or the International Priority Mail Service provided by each country's local postal services. In either case, our shipping charges do not include border tax, import fees, VAT or any associated border collection fee. Our packages include a Shipping Invoice as part of its labeling, the amounts charged are based on that Invoice. We do not control these fees in any way.
Shipping times outside the USA: UPS is the fastest way to ship products and can also be the most expensive. The International Priority Mail Service is less expensive and is often slower delivery. Delivery to London can be anywhere from five to 10 days after we ship the package using the International Priority Mail Service.

Our Art Department will lay out the art requested on a baseball cap template. Customers receive a proof to review within one business day after we receive your order. Customers must review the proof and all order details and respond by email with either approval or a request for adjustments. We will make as many adjustments as the customer requests. Once approved, the product enters the production line. The customer is sent an Approval email that includes an estimated date of arrival. The production process for embroidery on baseball caps requires ten (10) business days, so please plan your order needs accordingly.
Stitch Counts -- What are they? Your "Stitch Count" is the number of stitches the machine uses to complete your logo. Complex and large logos require more "stitches" than simple logos. If you do not know your "Stitch Count", then just choose the "Standard Stitch Count" option during checkout. Our Art Department will advise you if more stitches are needed to complete your design perfectly.
Metallic Threads -- We are so happy to offer shiny metallic threads for you! We have a metallic silver and metallic gold thread you may use in your embroidered logo. Sparkle things up a little. Metallic threads are part of your stitch count, so if you want to use one, a Silver or a Gold thread is part of your thread-count. Metallic threads add 0.35-cents to the price of each cap.
Set Up Charges -- This cap qualifies for free set up on quantities of 200 or more. For orders less than 200 baseball caps, a $100 machine set up charge applies. The discount will be applied in the shopping cart.
Easy online ordering -- Place your order online anytime or by telephone Monday - Friday 9 am through 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our Customer Service office is located in New York. You will receive an immediate receipt by email for the order. Your credit card will not be charged until we receive your approval to enter production.
Customers receive a tracking number by email when the package is on its way.
Our products are the highest quality in the promotional products industry. All embroidery takes place inside the USA.
Custom embroidered products are not returnable except in the case of embroidery or product defect.
